Further to your excellent articles in Beaufighter colour schemes I wonder if you could help with a scheme for 143 squadron Beaufighter TFX's at the time of the D-Day landings when they were based at RAF Manston on anti E-Boat and U-Boat duties. My best educated guess is a scheme of Extra Dark Sea over Sky with squadron codes NE and of course "Invasion stripes". I have been unable to find any pictures or other reference for 143. Can anyone help?
